Located within the Royal Festival Hall, Skylon offers impressive panoramic views of London's skyline with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the River Thames. For instance the “Monkfish” is actually a dish of roast monkfish tail with smoked bacon, hash, peas and lettuce.

Skylon took its name from the original structure of the Festival of Britain and has been designed to echo the style while still keeping in step with modern décor. Skylon’s Executive Chef Adam Gray previously held the reigns at a Michelin starred restaurant for over a decade.  Gray based the Skylon menu around the absolute best seasonal ingredients with his signature British Modern dishes.
